Roger is a consultant with the company, leading the Mission Control Productivity and Accomplishment Workshop. A proven group facilitator specializing in human resources and global thinking, he has profoundly transformed individuals and teams for over four decades.
Roger is the founder of Armstrong Catalysts, a consortium of business experts who are recognized leaders in providing targeted strategic intervention that drives corporate transformation and produces outstanding performance gains. Additionally he has managed and led educational programs that have provided an accelerated learning experience for 200,000 participants in over ten countries.
Roger designed and managed a national leadership program for up to 60 trained group facilitators, and is the creator of corporate management training programs for several major US manufacturers.
Roger earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt and a Master of Divinity at Yale. He is the author of three books on the Peace Corps, Small Group Method and Transactional Analysis.
