Donna provides Leadership Coaching, program and design and delivery for Chrysalis Partners. Prior to her work with Chrysalis, Donna worked with a Leadership Development company facilitating educational programs for hundreds of leaders. Since 1998 Donna has been passionate about transformational learning and development and has worked with individuals to help them cause breakthroughs in their current performance both professionally and personally.
Throughout the nineties, Donna was a top producer with a national publishing company and worked with students, teachers, principals and volunteers to create publication programs that were successful both financially and journalistically.
Donna graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1990 with a B.A. in Journalism. She has acquired additional extensive professional training in a number of disciplines directed toward people being more satisfied and effective in both their work and their lives. A native Houstonian, Donna now lives in Katy with her husband and three children.
Donna is a member of Energy Corridor Steering Committee for The Women’s Energy Network and serves on the Board of Katy ARTreach.
