Cynthia is a Consultant with the company whose talents are focused on increasing team proficiency and helping C-level executives build companies where people love to work. She is known for her contagious enthusiasm, which excites teams into action and inspires them to reach new heights of productivity. Before joining Chrysalis, Cynthia owned her own business for over twenty years, specializing in efficiency planning and creating environments where people are positively motivated.
Cynthia is active in the Galleria Chamber of Commerce, Unlimited Professionals, Greater Houston Builders Association, the National Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Women in Construction. She has presented to the American Society of Interior Designers and JC Inc., and she has taught programs at Houston Community College, North Harris College and Delgado College.
Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Interior Design from the School of Architecture at Louisiana State University. Her articles have appeared in several publications and she is author of “The Home Design System: Change Your Environment, Enhance Your Life.” She was named in “Who’s Who in America” and is a winner of the Chrysalis Award for successful entrepreneurial women.
